One Floral Story, From Ceremony to Reception
Artificial wedding florals make it possible to coordinate pieces across multiple spaces while preserving a consistent color story and sculptural style. VowPetals can translate your references into a unified collection designed to photograph beautifully from the ceremony through the reception.
Because each project is made to order, flower substitutions, structural requirements and finishing details will be discussed before the design is confirmed.
How the Process Works
1. Share Your Wedding Details
Tell us about your date, venue location, desired pieces, quantities, color palette, approximate dimensions, budget and visual references.
2. Receive a Project Review
We will review the requested scope, timeline and shipping requirements, then confirm whether the project can reasonably be accommodated.
3. Confirm the Design and Proposal
Before production begins, we will align on the approved direction, included pieces, pricing, production schedule and shipping arrangements.
4. Handcrafting and Delivery
Your florals will be handcrafted, carefully packed and shipped to the confirmed delivery address. Tracking information will be provided after shipment.
Important: On-Site Installation Is Not Included
VowPetals is a design, production and delivery studio. We do not provide on-site installation, wedding-day setup, styling, teardown or in-person florist services.
The client, wedding planner, venue team or a locally hired installer is responsible for receiving the shipment and completing any assembly, securing, installation, placement, on-site adjustment and removal required at the venue.
For large or structural pieces, please confirm your local installation plan and venue requirements before approving the project.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you install the florals at the venue?
No. VowPetals designs, handcrafts and ships the floral pieces. All on-site assembly, installation, securing, styling and removal must be handled by the client or their local wedding team.
Can all of our wedding florals share the same design direction?
Yes. A coordinated palette and visual language can be developed across bouquets, ceremony pieces and reception arrangements, subject to material and production availability.
Can you reproduce an inspiration image exactly?
Inspiration images help communicate mood, palette and composition, but every VowPetals project is individually designed. Exact replication of another artist's work or exact flower availability is not guaranteed.
How far in advance should we inquire?
Please inquire as early as possible. Availability depends on the project scale, design complexity, production schedule and shipping timeline. Your wedding date is not reserved until the project has been reviewed and confirmed.
